Delivery Options

Free Standard Delivery
Enjoy free delivery when you spend €35 or more. For orders below this amount, a flat fee of €3.99 applies.

Express Delivery
Opt for €7.99 for next-day delivery (available for orders placed before 3 PM).

Click & Collect
Order online and collect at any participating store free of charge. Simply select your preferred store during checkout.

International Delivery
We ship worldwide with tracked shipping. Rates vary by destination; calculate costs at checkout. Customers are responsible for import duties and taxes.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility

Returns must be unopened and in original condition (due to EU regulations for external-use products).
14-day window: Return items within 14 days of delivery 3.

Process

Request a Return: Visit your Account > Returns or contact support@momoml.com .
Print Return Label: We’ll provide a prepaid label for easy returns.
Ship Back: Include your invoice and note the reason for return (e.g., "Defective" or "Change of mind").
Refund/Exchange: Once received, we’ll process your refund (to original payment method) or send an exchange.

Exceptions

Subscription Boxes: Cancel or pause your subscription online before the next delivery. Return unopened items within 14 days for a refund.
Damaged Items: Report within 48 hours of delivery for a full refund or replacement.

FAQs

Q: What if I’m not home for delivery?
A: A card will be left with instructions to rearrange delivery or collect from a nearby locker.

Q: Can I return opened products?
A: No. For hygiene and safety, only unopened items qualify for returns.

Q: How long does a return take?
A: Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after receipt of returned items

Q: What about international returns?
A: Follow the same steps. You’re responsible for return shipping costs and customs clearance.
